2oz butter                       Tbs minced garlic

4 stems asparagus         4oz shrimp

2oz tomatoes                  1oz green onion

1oz Parmesan                  2oz chicken stock

1oz white wine                 Chili flake

Salt and Pepper

In a hot pan sauté the butter and garlic until brown. Add shrimp , deglaze pan with white wine. Add pasta, chicken stock, onions and asparagus.Season with Salt and pepper. Add more butter and melt into sauce, add tomatoes and a squeeze of lemon. Plate and garnish with shaved Parmesan.
